Redefining Educational Staffing

I founded Lime Tree Education Search to transform educational staffing from the ground up. With two decades in recruitment and my personal experience as a governor and parent, I've witnessed firsthand the immense pressure schools face. A school leader needs to be a business savvy professional as well as an educational expert, but balancing budgets and education has become incredibly challenging. This makes recruitment and retention more important than ever, but also nearly impossible to manage effectively. The reliance on costly, short-term staffing solutions is simply unsustainable, diverting valuable resources from core educational priorities.

At the same time, I've seen talented education professionals struggle to find roles where they can truly thrive. The traditional job search is a lengthy process with a low success rate, impacting on precious time and energy. Taking time off to interview is a high-risk gamble that can jeopardise their current job and employer relationships. To take that leap, they need absolute confidence and conviction, a certainty they can only get from having all the right information and guidance before they commit.

I started Lime Tree to bring genuine human connection and strategic partnership back to a sector that has become too transactional.
